Dear church/group representative,
 
Thank you so much for coming on Monday evening, I was so encouraged to see the turn out and the number of churches that want to be involved in blessing our town under the HOPE banner! I hope that you too were encouraged by the evening and are looking forward to sharing the information with your congregations over the next two weeks. I have set the date for feedback as Friday 28th March and look forward to hearing from you.
 
Please find attached the minutes for circulation. I have outlined the plan of action from now on, but to re-cap:
 
1) Feedback to your church/group congregation and see if they are on board with the idea
2) If so, appoint a HOPE champion & let us know their details
3) Identify if there is anything that you feel your church/group would specifically like to offer or any particular resources/giftings that you may have
4) Contact the relevant person (outlined in the minutes) and watch our for the next meeting for HOPE champions which should be mid/late April.
 
To keep things simple. James Collitt will be the first point of contact for the joint HOPE event in August. He will then pass on emails/details to the relevant person for admin purposes.
